Insights to the island life

Wakatobi, Pulau Tolandona

Insights to the island life.
Due to flying home, our last day in Wakatobi could not be spent underwater (we need suitable recovery time to avoid decompression sickness after diving), thus we took part in a village tour through the only village on the island.
I liked visiting that village - such experiences give a different perspective on life. Their life is so different from mine. For example they don’t have freezers or fridges, so if they want ice they buy it on the main island. And it is hot there - so it’s not lasting long! Could you imagine to live like that?
Stay fresh. :)
